Subgroup Meta-Analysis

This section provides an example that illustrates how to perform a subgroup meta-analysis. To run the example, do the following steps.

  1. Select Open on the File menu.
  2. In the Open File dialog, double-click the sample_data directory and open the file meantime.oma.
  3. Select subgroup meta-analysis from the Analysis menu.
  4. In the select covariate dialog, select treatment group.

    5. In this example, there are 4 treatment groups, which are based on the time to treatment covariate:

  5. In the Method & Parameters dialog, select the method and parameters for the analysis.
  6. Click OK.

This displays the subgroup summary and plot, as shown below.
