Leave-One-Out Meta-Analysis

Leave-one-out meta-analysis involves performing a meta analysis on each subset of the studies obtained by leaving out exactly one study. This shows how each individual study affects the overall estimate of the rest of the studies.

  1. Select Open on the File menu.
  2. In the Open File dialog, double-click the sample_data directory and open the file amino.oma.
  3. Select cumulative meta-analysis from the Analysis menu.
  4. In the Method and Parameters dialog, select the meta-analysis method and parameters.
  5. Click OK.
